Terms, in plain English.

What the membership is
A monthly subscription giving access to our live sessions, recordings (the Vault), prompt library, tools and the members' WhatsApp community. Founding members pay the founder rate for as long as their subscription stays active; the standard rate applies after the founding cap.
Billing & cancelling
- Billed monthly in advance. No minimum term, no contracts, no lifetime deals — ever.
- Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid month. Cancelling ends the founder rate — rejoining later is at the then-current price.
The honest rules
- This is education, not financial, legal or professional advice. We never promise income or results — we promise sessions, materials and straight answers.
- Materials are for your own business use. Don't resell, redistribute or scrape them.
- Be sound in the community: no pitching your services at members, no abuse. We can remove anyone who makes the room worse, with a pro-rata refund of their current month.
- Outputs you create with AI tools are your responsibility to check before using commercially.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
The boring-but-true bits
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we update them, we'll tell members by email before changes take effect. Questions: hello@thebuildroom.club.
Plain-English summary written by us, not legal advice to you — and on our list to have a solicitor look over before doors open.
