The founder guarantee
If your first Build Session doesn't leave you with something actually built, reply to your receipt and we'll refund the month. No form, no interrogation, no fuss. That's the deal we sell on, so it's the deal we honour.
Cancelling
Cancel any time — your access runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and no further payments are taken. We don't do retention scripts.
Your statutory rights
As a UK consumer you have a 14-day cancellation right on new subscriptions under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you use the membership during those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct a fair amount for what's been supplied — in practice, our founder guarantee above is usually more generous than the statutory minimum. Nothing on this page reduces your statutory rights.
How to ask
Reply to any receipt or email hello@thebuildroom.club. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
